We are hiring Head of Sales, US market for a leading furniture manufacturer. This is a new position and would be responsible for B2B sales in US market. The candidate should be well experienced in furniture industry and has successful experience in leading to build and grow relationships with major furniture retailers.
• Promote and present company's products to drive sales revenue while managing the team.
• Manage existing accounts, hunt for new customers and qualify leads in the USA.
• Deliver product presentations, support customer questions, manage projects and deliver a world class customer experience. Build and maintain key relationships while presenting a positive image of company's furniture product in the marketplace.
• Develop useful solutions for customers.
• 15+ years experience in Upholstery B2B sales management, pipeline growth, performance management, sales & margin goal tracking, etc;
• Experience in leading efforts to build and grow relationships with Top 100 furniture retailers preferred;
• Experience in growing a strong sales team through hiring and developing the existing sales team through coaching and training preferred;
• Experience driving the development of national sales strategies preffered;
• Ability to create and optimize our B2B sales processes.
