Duties & Responsibilities:

• Clearly communicate technical information, concepts and solutions in a professional manner
• Working with the Team Lead and/or Business Analyst to translate the business requirements into a working solution
• Manage patching and upgrades of ClickSoftware’s Service Optimization suite of product offerings
• Troubleshoot end-user problems
• Develop workarounds to difficult problems in a fast-paced and dynamic environment


MUST HAVE qualifications:

• XSL, web services, IIS 7.
• Extensive expertise in ClickSoftware based solution & WFM architecture
• Experience with Oracle and MS SQL-Server databases Hands on experience on HTML5 and script
• Experience in Click software suite on Schedule, Locate, Mobile and Automation Strong knowledge and experience of click software administration and Quality Assessment
• Software development life cycle (SDLC) exposure with technical leadership ability to drive team during Design, coding, testing and Integration phases, including Java/PLSQL/.Net code review ability and internal design reviews
• Strong knowledge and experience of development of client-side customizations of click software systems
• Additional technical knowledge in IT architecture e.g. Network, Server, Security infrastructure, database systems and client/server environment
• Knowledge and understanding of Cloud based solutions for future solutions
