Seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative to join
our growing team for a full-time permanent position at our Corydon, Dakota and
Thompson locations. A customer experience representative embodies our excellent
understanding of consumer tech and penchant for quality and genuine interactions with
customers, culminating in an all round pleasant customer experience. Rate is negotiable based on experience with the opportunity for a raise in 6 months.

Job Duties
1. Greet customers both in person or on the phone;
2. Answer inquiries and provide information to customers;
3. Diagnose device issues and explain the services/fees to the customers;
4. Create repair tickets;
5. Consult necessary manual or guides to research solutions;
6. Diagnose and resolve technical problems;
7. Communicate with customers and team members on progress of repair tickets;
8. Intake arriving stock and organize as needed;
9. May supervise other technical support workers if needed;
10. Maintain professional demeanor at work and tidy working space.
11. Study training materials and follow guides to perform tasks with varied difficulties

1. Minimum one years of experience working in the industry, 2 years preferred.
2. To be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English with customers and
other team members;
3. Knowledge of iPhones, Samsung, and other smartphones; as well tech in general

Other considerations
• Bilingualism is an asset;
• Mobility (with a valid license and vehicle) is an asset, as technicians may be
shuffled across our multiple locations;
• Quickly diagnosing repair issues.

** COVID-19 considerations:

To keep our employees safe, we have 30-wash reusable face masks and sanitizing wipes
in every room. Customers are spaced out in the store front and also have the masks
available to them. Sanitizing station is set up and everyone is urged to sanitize.
