General Description

As one of our incredible team leaders/supervisors overseeing the full and part-time attraction and ride operators, your role is to ensure that the guest experience within the is beyond expectations. Leading the team of attractions and ride operators, you will be responsible for helping guests feel welcome and valued. You will perform regular safety and security checks and ensure that all guests are abiding by the PASS (Parent/Guardian Assisted Safety and Security) program, which includes safety procedures, emergency protocols as well as the facility and the attraction's rules and regulations. Attractions supervisors will also work diligently to engage and involve guests in activities and games throughout the day and on the attractions. You are responsible to make sure that guests are safe and secure while the attractions and arena are maintained and clean and subsequently able to enjoy an incredibly fun time while visiting the center.

  • Minimum Requirement of WHMIS certification within 90 days
  • Minimum Requirement of Standard First Aid with CPR Level C & AED within 90 days
  • Minimum Requirement of Alberta Food Safety Basics Course within 90 days

  • Assist with the attraction maintenance and perform regular equipment checks 
  • Assist with the safety and security of guests throughout the center.
  • Interact with guests and involve them in activities and games throughout the day
  • Assist with staff scheduling and planning
  • Support the team in all aspects of special events and birthday parties
  • Professionally address customer concerns, complaints and potential safety challenges
