Minimum three (3) year diploma in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of relevant education and practical experience
Minimum three (3) years of experience in a heterogeneous PC environment with significant exposure to administering windows and Unix servers, networking and data communications.
Minimum one (1) year experience supporting voice systems preferably a demonstrated knowledge of the Voice over IP AVVID equipment and system architecture, including the Call Manager and related systems such as Unity Voice mail system, IP-CC Express, Emergency Responder, or Conference Bridge.
ITIL Fundamentals Certification
A demonstrated background in TCPIP networking including IOS and networking products, SNMP, and TCP/IP and WAN protocols.
Experience with telecommunications related equipment and services; An understanding of voice (analogue, ISDN,PRI) and audio standards (G.711 , G.729) is required
