Information Management Business Analyst
DMA Global is a Professional Recruitment firm engaged in a search for an IM Business Analyst on behalf of our client in the Calgary Area.
The Information Management Analyst will be responsible for managing the groups information management systems including; online, electronic, and hard copy document management systems. This position requires an individual who operates with a high level of independence, initiative, discretion, accuracy and attention to detail. The successful candidate needs strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse workforce. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Assist with management of change (MOC) process management by working collaboratively with MOC owner and process adviser to ensure all temporary, emergency, and regular MOCs are closed and documentation updated.
Process safety information (PSI) coordinator; coordinate PSI process with vessels and process owners including drawings, procedures, manuals, & standard operating procedures updates.
Manage the high-density hard copy and electronic drawing .
Develop Excel and PowerPoint presentations, communications, meeting content, and coordination.
Develop tracking tools and monitors key performance indicators to improve team efficiency.
Liaise with finance to develop monthly financial performance and report out in leadership team meetings. Capture meeting minutes and action items during leadership team monthly and offsite meetings.
5 years of experience in an information management role.
Ability to exercise critical thinking skills to determine key issues and implement solutions.
Ability to drive multiple initiatives forward, meet deadlines, manage conflicting priorities, and work independently while producing quality work.
Strong presentation, facilitation, engagement and communication skills for different types of audiences.
Knowledge of information systems technology and concepts.
Ability to use information management tools.
Intermediate proficiency with SharePoint design and maintenance.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner) is essential.
