Description of Services

  1. Management Training Modules

  • Reviewing, proof-reading, revising, standardizing format, and customizing modules to client needs

  1. Social Media

  • Stay on top of social media – daily

  • Post videos and articles to social media

    • LinkedIn

    • Twitter

    • Instagram

  • Find connections to expand my network on LinkedIn and invite them

  1. Mail Chimp

    • Revise newsletter template

    • Gather content for newsletter and compile

    • Distribute monthly newsletters to email l

    • Add individuals to email list

    • Segment and update email list

  1. Website

  • Check website links weekly

  • Document and interpret Google analytics

  • Post blog articles and videos to website

  • Respond to website requests and schedule follow-up meetings

  1. Marketing Opportunities

  • Identify, investigate and follow-up on, marketing and business development opportunities

  • Identify companies/organizations that could potentially be candidates for the Management Moments program and for speaking opportunities

  • Contact companies that may be candidates for Management Moments and speaking engagements

  1. Office Organization

  • Improve physical and virtual filing system

  1. Office Support

  • Word processing of documents (e.g., strategic planning flip charts, 360 degree feedback evaluations)

  • General admin

  • Search out a scheduling system

  • Weekly meetings to discuss priorities for the week

  • Kaleidoscope (other company) document processing

  • Develop/revise PowerPoint presentations and Word documents

  • Follow-ups as directed with clients and potential clients
