As one of our amazing team leaders/supervisors overseeing the full and part-time service providers, your role is to ensure that the guest experience within the Centre is beyond belief. Leading our team of customer service representatives, you will be responsible for helping guests feel welcome and valued. You will assist with the registration and admission process and also be required to inform guests of PASS (Parent/Guardian Assisted Safety and Security) program, which includes safety procedures, emergency protocols as well as explaining the facility and the attraction's rules and regulations to all guests and visitors. Service supervisors will also provide food and beverage service and retail services and you may also be required to provide large groups and parties with special assistance and services.
