Training will be provided to the successful candidate. The general duties of the position will include scheduling meetings with potential clients, conducting those meetings in a professional manner, following up with qualified clients and building a block of clientele for long-term success.
It is paramount that the successful candidate is self-motivated, can demonstrate an ability to work independently and also to be accountable and dependable from a compliance perspective. We hold ourselves and our clientele to the highest standards at all times.
Education & Experience
Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course or Exempt Market Products Course will be required
2+ years of proven track record with sales experience
2+ years of experience in the financial or insurance services industry
University diploma in Commerce preferred (Finance, accounting, or marketing)
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an asset
Possess or working toward a professional designation preferred (CFA, CA, CMA, CGA)
A combination of experience and education will also be considered
All compensation is 100% commission-based. It is realistic to expect annual income to exceed six figures.
